Kvarnvik, snow on the roof

Kvarnvik, Yesterday I had a phone call from a friend living close to my summer cottage. He told me about snow on the roofs. You know, a thick layer of snow may be too much for a roof, and the house may break down. So I went down there and did some work up on the roofs. Like on this little cottage with a thick, white cap. It was a great, sunny winter day. A winter day as I remember winter days from my childhood.

Stockholm, ship, ice and words gone away

Stockholm, I walked by this morning and when regarding the ship I began thinking of inspiring things. And now in the evening, when writing, the words are gone. Things gone away remind me about time leaving. This makes me sad.

Okay, the photo is there. Ship, ice and light. And I like that.

Stockholm, living at the frozen sea

Stockholm, walking along the coastline, boats and small ships are gently sleeping waiting for a warmer season. But in some of them are burning lamps: here are some people living. Eating a breakfast sandwich, regarding people strolling by.

Stockholm, good morning!

Stockholm, chilly winter morning, I take a walk to the job, normally about 45 minutes but today a little more – yes, a bit more actually. I stop every second step just to admire the wonderful pictures around my head. The sky is clear and will become blue within som thirty minutes, there is no wind and the snow sounds funny under my feet, crack, crack, crack.

The light is great. Time to remember.
